SPECIFICATIONS
🔍 The 4 anti-stress balls/objects are made of high-quality, non-toxic TPR (thermoplastic rubber) material (Rockman, Durian: vinyl), which feels soft and comfortable in the hand.
It's durable enough to withstand hours of squeezing, pulling, and kneading—yet soft enough to gently cushion pressure and soothe your hands and body.
Unlike balls made of PVC or PU, thermoplastic rubber does not contain any harmful plasticizers – and is harmless to health.
🧠 Anti-stress balls work through the method of progressive muscle relaxation, which was developed in the 1920s by the American physician Edmund Jacobsen.
The relaxation technique is based on the interaction between muscular and psychological tension. This means that continuous tensing and relaxing—in this case, the hand muscles—leads to a (measurable) relaxation response in the body and mind.
People with ADHD also benefit from the sensory stimulation. They often don't "feel" themselves enough, which is compensated for by the gentle counterpressure of the balls.

⚠️ Rubber, including TPR, initially has a distinct odor—and also feels somewhat sticky. This is NOT evidence of hazardous materials; in fact, the opposite. PVC stress balls containing phthalates (problematic plasticizers), on the other hand, have NO odor ⚠️
