ADHS meets Ordogravieh presents the new Rammstein song

Writing feelings are funny because they can inspire. Goethe still wrote as he saw fit. Then the Duden editors came along and set a standard. Perhaps there would be more song lyrics without this convention.

"The state is me," said the French Sun King Louis XIV . Many of today's "exceptions" in French originate from this. While this is annoying, Louis XIV was much more annoyed when he was accused of making a mistake. Then he would simply say, "No, from now on, this is the new rule."

The German poet king, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, also didn't care about spelling, or rather, he cultivated his own (Konrad Duden was still behind the moon, building sandcastles). Poets are still "allowed" to do so today. And they do. Just like teenagers who simply invent new words ("youth slang").

A bakery in the canton of St. Gallen is unlikely to have had these aspirations – that is, new norms or poetry – when it wrote “ Sonnenstahl ” (Sun Steel) instead of “Sonnenstrahl” (Sunbeam) in an advertisement for its spring baguette with wild garlic.

But people with ADHD can find something like this incredibly inspiring.

That’s why, after the Rammstein hit “Sonne,” we hereby present you “Sonne – die Wiedergeburt”:

SUN - REGENERATION

Do you feel the SUNSTEEL...can you feel the heat? The ball burns, the fire scorches—you can't cool it anymore.

The ball that glows inside – so does your soul. You struggle for words, writhing, the pain in your throat.

((Chorus))

Writer, do not fear the sun, it is the thinker's life. You can scream, you can fight—and you can forgive.

((Chorus))

Sun Steel Workers

SUN means true power, the fusion within. Wood can burn, love burns—do you remember?

The sun, because it provides warmth, can destroy. Those who live their lives without it...will miss out on a lot.

((Chorus))

Writer, do not fear the sun, it is the thinker's life. You can scream, you can fight—and you can forgive.

((Chorus))

Forge your SUNSTEEL, with fire from within. Ideas, words, the pain of writing...your heart hears your request.

Fire is your element, flames that consume. But where it breaks from your hands, doubt turns to desire.

((Chorus))

Writer, do not fear the sun, it is the thinker's life. You can scream, you can fight—and you can forgive.

((Chorus))

PS: The wild garlic baguette is delicious.
