🔍 Tactile discs with numerous different surfaces. Soft, hard, smooth, or rough – for feeling and guessing, perhaps with your eyes closed. Also ideal as a tactile game. Play in pairs or in teams with friends and parents.
🧠 Motor coordination is often limited in ADHD. However, sensorimotor skills can be developed through play and interaction. Tactile toys are particularly suitable for this: They train hand-eye coordination and the sense of touch and color. Children also learn to name different materials.
